  4. I probably learned things but at this point I am to overwhelmed to pull them out of my brain;)
I am more right but I think left sometimes, I think I am right because I don't think of the technical things, I automatically think creative.
I don't really have an opinion. I didn't quite grasp the. Thought of this video. But I think something's it's, because ......idk

  5. I didn't really learn anything it just made me think..
I think I'm more right because I'm more loving than violent.
I think society is more about violence and having to be the best. If people were maybe less selfish it might help..

  6. I was lost most of the time but I'm pretty sure that I like the right side better because I didn't understand the left side!!!! :)

  7. That with both sides, you have reason and balance and that is what is needed for having a balanced mind on what is going on around the world.

I am both, I can not feel more one sided, since I love all of the arts, yet at the same time I focus around me what is real and logical.

Because we all focus all on the celebrities, and enjoy magazines with the gossip. Our lives are center for most on tv and what others do, instead of their own lives to know what is going around their own lives. Many don't read what is going on with the world but mainly about the celebrities. This is not bad, but we have to be careful of having to much of it

  8. I learned that the right part of the brain is "The Gift" and the left is the "Loyal Servant".

I feel more right because I'm right handed I guess.

Because we are just always lean toward reason. I don't know how we can fix that, maybe over time.

  9. Yeah. Brains are super confusing...and that dude talks super fast.
More right than left (duh!). Yup.
Because society is going down the path of technology (I feel that is really stupid). Add more creativity...uh...EVERYWHERE!

  10. I really like how it demonstrated how brains evolved through time, and changed according to events that happened in that century. I think both sides should be able to transfer easily, although some like numbers and others like letters, and we are able to explore the ones we like in depth. The world is partially leaning toward the left side because people are focused on money, and things are "figured out" instead of being created. All of us have our interests, and it depends on what is currently going on around us to determine which side is occurring.

  11. - I learned that modern people are leaning more to the left side of the brain, and leaning more on mechanics.

    - I would say that since I am left handed, I suppose that I am more left brained, and I like to play video games.

    - maybe since society is more leaning on the left part of the brain, meaning mechanical, like iPods, computers, refrigerators...that people can start to lean more of the natural ideas, it'll be very hard.

  12. Kelly it also made me think... It was a very complicated fast video.

  13. I learned about how people have began to lean more to the left side of the brain. I also learned about how COMPLICATED the brain appears. I feel like I am more to the left because I am not very creative. It is possible because there are people like artists and writers who are more to the right and then there are others such as scientists who may be more to the left. Society today is focused on money, and people who are smarter and have a degree get the higher paid jobs. Also, people are more curious to discover what they do not yet know about instead of trying to create new things. Plus, the arts are slowly starting to disappear from the schools in the nation. We should begin to bring back an equal balance of both the arts and other subjects into schools and continue on from there.

  14. Yes, I learned that the right side of your brain is more passion and artistic. And the left side of ones brain is more mechanical. Ummmm, I think I use the right side of my brain more then I use the left side of my brain. I think that society is leaning more towards the left side because we (humans) are creating more mechanical stuff and robotic things rather then being artistic and creative. But then again, you have to use some creativeness and artisticness in order to create those mechanical things and machines. And we could start being a little more creative to balance it out.. sooo yeah...!!.....=)

  15. I think I learned the the left side of the brain is more artistic and the right side is more mechanical.

If I was correct in the first question, then I think I'm more right than left but not by much.

I think society is leaning more towards the right because...stupidity? Idk how to answer this question.

  16. I didn't know that the left and right sides of the brain worked that way. People always mention it, but now it makes much more sense.

I...don't really know? I like the left side, the technical aspects of things and what makes them work, but I also have empathy so...? I'm sure it's possible to lean more to one side, though.

Society does tend to lean toward the left side, I guess. It focuses a lot on mechanics and setting things up. Doing so isn't necessarily a bad thing, though. Without structures everything kind of collapses into itself, dies violently, and hurts your emotions as well. I do think it's important to look for fun in things and have conversations with people about non-business issues. I guess.

  17. I learned that the brain is confusing, and almost impossible to explain.
I think im left.I am more logic and reasoning than creativity.
We should be more creative, like with art :)

  18. I learned that the brain if both sides connected together you could combine imagination and reason together which is very hard to do. I am more left sided in my brain and yes it is possible because many people who are more mechanical are less artistic than others and vice versa. I think more of society is leaning to the left because more people have more disabilities and are becoming more mechanical because that is how the schools nowadays teach. You can teach equally in school like have some days art and some days mechanical.

  19. "I really like how it demonstrated how brains evolved through time" - Marlee

I also liked that. Great minds think alike.

  20. 1) I feel like I learned more about the brain and more of why society acts the way it does.
    2) I prefer the right side over the left because in the video stated that more of the world is now following the left so I believe that there is starting to be to much of that way of thinking and I think that the world could use a little more of the broader, open minded view of the right. I also think that we shouldn't have more of one than the other but something more of a perfect balance.
    3) I think that society is leaning towards the left because the left provides an ideal of a more controlled life where they always have control with no surprises. I think that we need to start thinking more broad minded but other than that I'm not sure how else to correct the balance. I'm still trying to process what that video said.

  21. I learned that everything my science etcher taught me in 7th grade was wrong about the brain.

I feel like I'm in the middle I'm very mechanical but also very artistic.

Society is leaning towards the left because special schools are in shortage my friend went to one last year and couldn't fit in because he was use to traditional public school.

  22. I learned that the brain is diversely discussed by many scienctists and that the left side is suposedly more mechanical.

I don't know if I'm more of one side because I think of things about what they are as well as what possible outcomes can come from that.

I think that the world is leaning left because people are obsessed with advancing technologically and no longer as interested in the arts and writing.

  23. I agree samp samp, that people should be more involved with artistic activities, to help society

  24. I learned tons of stuff but you like lose it after like 5 seconds. But what I remember is that the right side is more PACION-nate and the left side is more mechanical. He has more respect towards the left side yet loves the right side. Due to our society using more of left side and he feels the right side should be used more.

I believe I use both and it just depends on the time. Yet if I had to choose which one I like using is the right side, but I use the left side to think more into my creativity. Which then leads to possibly better creativity.

I think it's leaning more towards the left side due to schools and probably parents enforcing more of the left side. A lot of people(not all) think that being more mechanical and logical is more important rather than being creative and having fun and stuff like that. That's what I believe has changed the society to using more of the left side.

  25. I am undisputedly more right than I am left. I once had a greater passion for learning than I did now, while I still do have that passion, I have come to want more from life than just knowledge, such as friends, peace, betterment of mankind and all species on the planet, and romance, all of which are on my mind 75% of the time.

Society is, in all cultures and governments that I can think of, more left sided, to the point to were it is disgustingly pitiful. Government is more concerned about policy and their own morals, and for the most part, don't care about the well being and happiness of the world as a whole. The closest thing to perfection that a human could achieve would be to have a balance of the two, and those who have have accomplished great feats, but the majority of people are one or the other. To sum it up, most people in the world have lost their "gift", and have decided to worship "the loyal servant", something that must change for mankind as a whole.
