  8. A team is a group that works together productively - the members can have discourse but not arguments, and they listen to each other's opinions. They have a clear purpose and work toward it.

I can kind of solve problems well, I guess? And I very rarely get into arguments. However, I still can't really make decisions ever, which is...not a very useful trait.

Creativity is important to me. While I'll try to convince others of my opinion, if people can't disagree with me it would mean we would miss a lot of good ideas. Also, if someone tells me I'm not allowed to disagree with them I find myself disagreeing even more.

  9. Channing: do you mean yes you support creativity or yes you enforce rules strictly?

  10. 1.It depend on the mistake you make and if it's realy serious or not. If it's not something too serious then of course you can laugh! But I don't think it's always appropriate to laugh at you mistakes.
    3. i think that creativity is very important and without it life would be very boring. So I would want others to follow my inspiration but I would also encourage them to experiment and try new things.
    4. To me a team is a group of people who work together. When it comes to sports most are team sports. The people on the team work together towards one goal, hopefully that goal is to win and do there best.

  11. Yes I can laugh at my mistakes but I also take them into consideration and understand what I did wrong. Also I love to laugh so it is pretty easy. I inspire creativity because I think each of us should be able to express ourselves and show our individuality. My definition of team is not to have one person give the answers and do all the work but to have collaboration with each other and to explain what your answer was and why you got it to everybody else on your team. IT IS NOT A DICTATORSHIP!!!!

  12. I can sometimes laugh at my mistakes, depending on what the mistake is. I try to laugh at my mistakes but sometimes I cannot.
No, I would not want to follow me
I like to think that I encourage Artistic, but I sometimes want to just get it done. But at most cases I want people to do what they want but in my plan.
My strengths are that think outside the box. I can come up with great ideas. I also can make solutions on the spot, I think quickly.

  13. I can almost always laugh at my mistakes. (Mainly because they actually are funny.) No, I would not want to follow a leader like me because that person would not inspire me to do better and I wouldn't look up to that leader at all since that person is like me. If I follow a leader like me, I should just lead myself. I definitely encourage creativity! Creativity helps to make this world better and I know there are people who have great ideas that following my inspiration would not create. A team is group of people who cooperate easily to get the job done. I haven't really figured out my strengths yet but my weaknesses are that I'm lazy and that I procrastinate on almost every chore or assignment. I'm also easily frustrated and I give up on things before I really give them a chance.

  14. Channing you sound like a good leader. Able to be serious and fun guy.

    ReplyDelete
  15. 1.Totally, I love it when I mess up.
    2. Yes because that way the leader would be able to understand any issues that I would have. Also if the leader was like me then I know what would want them to leave if they ever mess up.
    3. I encourage creativity because that is how we progress and cover all possibilities.
4.A group of people who work together. They don't have to like each other.
    5. I guess I'm smart but I don't really know.
    6. I'll just do things my own way and see where it takes me, if others don't like it then it's not my problem.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Michelle I agree it depends how severe the mistake is.

    ReplyDelete
  17. 1. Yes
    2. It all depends if the leader is good or not.
    3. I encourage creativity because they might figure out something you didn't know.
    4. A group of people working together
    5. Strengths=Im very patient.im good at improvising Weaknesses= I can be very mean. I don't speak up
    6. Im open to letting the group I'm leading do what we're doing their way

  18. Tresa why wouldn't you want to follow yourself?!?!?

  19. 1) It depends on the situation, if I answered wrong on a test and spot my mistake, I'll laugh at it, but if I was a surgeon and made a mistake that killed someone, I don't think I could laugh about that.

    2) I have my flaws, but I, as far as I know, have many good leadership qualities, so maybe, but I'm no sure.

    3) I encourage it, but it depends on the situation at hand as to wether to do so or not, and it would be nice if people would, but I don't know if they would or not.

    4) a group of people with equal authority as to what occurs, but should have someone with more in depth knowledge as to what the team is trying to accomplish.

    5) I am very rational and have in depth knowledge on many subjects, while my weakness is I am very demanding of my group and have no tolerance for those who goof off.

    6) I have not done much in the lines of leadership to make a good self analysis to answer this question.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Yes and no depending on how serious and the situation of your mistake.

I would what to follow me because I let everyone in a group or team share their ideas but make them explain why they like that idea.

The last answer shows that I do.

A team is a group where everyone contributes to an idea or project to create the final conclusion.

I work well with most people and am good at finding solutions that everyone can agree with.

I let everyone contribute and question everyone else's opinions and ideas.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Channing could you elaborate on those answer please!!

    ReplyDelete
  22. 1. Yes I can that is if it is not serious
    2. Uh like me, probably not
    3. Yes because I'm a creative person, I think
    4. When every person in a group participates
    5. When I see hert animals, that's a weekness, and when it comes to competition I'm sure to win...WINNING!
    6. The four fingers.

    ^^^^^^BOSS

  23. 1. Yes, of course you can laugh at your mistakes. (Well I laugh at my mistakes most of the time) because when you laugh at your mistakes you don't feel as bad when you realize that you made a mistake.
    2. If I had a leader like me, I don't know if I would want to follow her. I probably would, but then I probably wouldn't. I really don't know what I would do.
    3. I encourage creativity. I would not want them follow my inspiration, because they need to be themselves, not be or act like me....!!!
    4. My definition of a team is when everybody comes together and listens to what they each have to say and discuss each of their individual opinions.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Kali, I agree that even if you laugh at your mistakes you also have to learn from them(:

    ReplyDelete
  25. 1. Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha...... always.
    2. Ehh probably not. Honestly. He or she would be all over the place and way too extreme and awesome and amazing.... It would be too much :)
    3. Creativity is amazing!!!! It does a lot of good things. Yet I believe it should have limits at certain times.
    4. A team is a 2 or more group that can work together and get things done. Who has each others back at all times and gives each other good advice. Plus gives each other total respect and trust.
    5. I have many strengths and weaknesses... And I dont really want to say them cause I don't know them all.
    6. Telling them the truth and being straight up. If they don't like that then its their bad. Many people do propaganda, but many people are learning propaganda and can recognize it. So I don't think it will work as well in the future.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Cole why would you want to follow yourself?!?

    ReplyDelete
  27. 1. I always try to laugh at my mistakes, but realize that sometimes it may be harder to get the bigger mistakes in life.

    2. If there was a leader like me, I would want to follow them because of their beliefs, and what they stand up for. If the leader was exactly like me, I possibly wouldn't follow them because the same ideas could cause conflict.

    3. I strongly encourage creativity, and think that everyone is entitled to their own beliefs and opininons, and that other people's creativity inspires many different kinds of people.

    4. A team is a group of people that always stick together, and are able solve things by working together. If there is conflict in a team, they should easily be able to work past differences.

    5. Some of my strengths include perseverance, positivity, planning, and working towards big goals. My biggest weakness is procrastination.

    6. I don't want other people to follow me as a leader unless they genuinely think what I think, or have specific reasons they want to follow me. It wouldn't be right for someone to follow me unless they have a reason.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Cristiana, why do you find it harder to follow someone like yourself? I would probably follow someone like me better because I would know what they were thinking.

On that subject, though, I don't know how good a leader I am, so I'm still not sure.

    ReplyDelete
  29. 1. I always laugh at my mistakes but then I do what ever I am doing again but...BETTER!

    4. I think a team is a group of people who have a common goal and work together to achieve that goal.

    6. Seriously!!! >:l

  30. Also for number one(setting aside the joking) it's good to recognize your mistakes. Then youmcan learn from them. And change them.

    ReplyDelete
  31. @me Although I guess someone who thought differently would motivate me to meet their standards?

    ReplyDelete
  32. 1. Only when they have been silly mistakes, to me I can not laugh unless they were really small mistakes. For example if I knew the answer to the problem in math yet I have one wrong number yet I knew the right number I laugh at my blankness.
    2. No, I would not want to follow someone like myself, since if there was an emergency and we had to head out and the leader was like me than the supplies would not be in the bag. I would one tiny most nessacary item.
    3. Of course I support creativity, if there was no creativity than everyone one would be doing the exact same everything. Like we all would be posting the same post because there is no creativity.
    4. Team is a group that works as equals, helps with each other when they do a mistake, and are like stepping stones for each other.
    5. I am a determined person, I work hard, I don't like to let other people down, I will help to the best of my ability, and I am strong-minded. Weaknesses is that have a hard time speaking in front of people at the beginning until I know them, I have a quick temper, get stressed to easily, and I have a hard time comforting people.
    6. Get their attention by speaking loud, round them all up, give a little talk, ask for other ideas. And do my best to include all.

  33. I like laughing at my mistakes!!!! :)

    ReplyDelete
  34. 1. Totally! I make mistakes all the time (24/7) and (if you tried) you can hear me a room away when I laugh (evidence can be given)!
    2. if I had a leader like me, the leader would be me, (technically) so...YEAH!
    3. CREATIVITY! It's prepares them to be a leader themselves. It can open there mind to other ideas others may have and that is a good quality to have. Creativity rules!
    4. Team: a group of people that have to work together no matter what they want/a group that may or may not work together but have to no matter what...
    5. Strengths: creativity...talkative...and that's it....
    Weaknesses: disorganized...talkative...SHORT attention span....
    6. With a...a...a kind-heart....and...open-minded attitude...and...talkative personality....

    ReplyDelete
  35. Yeah I agree with everyone on if you could laugh at certain mistakes because there are some mistakes that I can think of that would be pretty hard to laugh at.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Christiana! We are so alike! You can really tell thought was put into your post!

And Kelly, you're so positive! :)

    ReplyDelete
  39. Tristan ,how is it possible to love it when you mess up??

    ReplyDelete
  40. Anders #1: Why so serious???
Marlee all: I agree! Stop procrastinating!!
Montes #3: Why you cramping on my creativity? Be creative all the time!

    ReplyDelete
  41. I would encourage creativity all the way!!! DOUBLE RAINBOW!!!! :)

    ReplyDelete
  42. I agree with Tristan because there is always a silly mistake that you should be able to laugh at, for example I foregut to dress up as Tom cruse today, it's still funny.

    ReplyDelete
  43. I agree with anders that it depends on the situation of the mistake.
